This two-day conference will provide experiential workshops and didactic lectures on the health and brain effects of sound healing and music therapy.
The goal of the conference is to provide an scientific update on the healing effects of music and sound on brain mind and body. A multidisciplinary group of the UCLA and USC and other invited scientists, music therapists, sound healers, and clinicians will provide lectures and experiential workshops.
Participants will learn about:
- The use of sound healing and music therapy for treatment and prevention of mental and physical disorders
- Brain and health effects of sound healing and music therapy
- Different techniques of sound healing and music therapy
