Seeking HOPE Series Proposals

Since the start of 2020, our HOPE series has reached a vast global community through experiential workshops that enhance the innate social emotional benefits of the arts. Each workshop offers a supportive space for connection, healing, and empowerment as we navigate the changes in our world.

We are eager to expand our offerings and are now accepting proposals for our 2023 programming.  Our facilitators are an essential part of the HOPE Series. They help our participants explore a variety of expressive art forms and offer fresh perspectives on how to integrate these practices into our daily lives.

Some recent workshop topics include: Declaring Social Justice, Advocacy, and Empowerment through Art;  Exploring Self vs. Social Identity through Mask Making; Practicing Mindfulness for Well-Being in Daily Life.

If you or someone you know may be interested in facilitating a workshop, please read on for more details  and submit a proposal form. To get an idea of our workshop structure, you can view our past HOPE Series sessions on the Arts & Healing Initiative YouTube channel.

Facilitators will receive $100 – $150 per session, depending on length.

Sessions are held via Zoom, are 60-90 minutes in length, and should be designed for a wide variety of professional and community member attendees.
