HOPE Series Session

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll look at healing through engaging in mindful, creative expression within the context of a healing circle.

Specifically through journaling, drawing, painting and movement within a circle of one, we’ll work with the intention to find physical, emotional, mental and physical well-being. And experience, first hand, how circles of one can allow us to deepen our capacity for healing, alleviate suffering, and find meaning in both challenges and joys.
